Dear Sir
Early next year I intend to visit a number of countries in the Far East and Australasia. Please send me a passport application form and a list of the addresses to which applications for visas for the various countries should be sent.
I have not previously held or applied for a passport of any description.

فى مطلع العام القادم اعتزم زيارة عدد من بلدان الشرق الاقصى واستراليا .فمن فضلك ارسل لى نموذج استمارة جواز السفر وقائمة بعنواين مختلف البلدان التى ينبغى ارسال طلبات للحصول على تاشيرات الدخول . انا ليس عندى اى طلب للحصول على جواز سفر او اى مواصفات.

نموذج طلب الحصول على التاشيرة

مدير مبيعاتنا السيد ار ديلكسون يقترح زيارة لاستراليا تستغرق شهرين لانهاء اعمال الشركة. انا اعرف ان التاشيرة ضرورية وسوف اكون ممتنا اذا استطعت ان ترسل النموذج المناسب بجانب تفاصيل متطلبات الحصول على التاشيرة.

ستقوم شركتى بتنظيم عدد كبير من رحلات العمل الى نيورك فى المستقبل القريب. الرجاء ان ترسل لى معلومات عن رحلات الطيران ذهابا وعودة بما فى ذلك اوقات المغادرة والاسعار والتكلفة للذهاب والعودة.

I enclose a timetable giving details of outward and return flights between London and New York, together with a price list in which you will find details of both ordinary and discounted fares. As you will see from this list, discounted fares can be as little as one-third of the normal fare. For all visitors to the United States, a visa will be necessary.

وارفق جدول زمنى لاعطاء بيانات عن رحلات الذهاب والعودة بين لندن ونيويورك,وذلك بجانب قائمة تشتمل على الاسعار العادية والاسعار المخفضة. وكما سترون من هذه القائمة ان الاسعار المخفضة اقل من ثلث الاسعار العادية.التاشيرة ضرورية لكل الزائرين للولايات المتحدة. اذا كنت بحاجة لمزيد من المساعدة لاتارددوا فى الاتصال بى.
